And that's what the big guys really want. But if a batch of
similarly-affected stations got together with a class action alleging
restraint of trade and several other things, the results could get
interesting simply because the FCC fell all over themselves to be
non-objective and not follow their own procedures. Who knows, maybe
some entreprising investigator may find a hidden money trail leading
from IBOC proponents to Washington...
