[IRCA] 1110 PQ Rimouski Was this ever on the air?

1110 PQ Rimouski ? Heard French here many years ago,
and for some reason presumed Rimouski. Was there ever
a Francophone on the air on 1110 in Canada that any of
you logged? Or is this an error in my logbook? I have
some info that a CBC was licenced and never made it to
air.
