Another unpredictable morning...774 and 594 had the best (JJ) audio, 
but erratically; 594 had good audio at 1520UT, only a fair carrier a 
minute later.  Other than 1566 which was fair at best, other audios 
were mostly at threshold level, unpredictable, and on unusual 
channels....702, 1278 (not 1287), 1413.

But otherwise, many carriers were weak or absent.
