[IRCA] Convention station tours

Greetings:
For those who asked what time the station tours will be, I just got off
the phone from both New NW BCers (KAST & KKEE), and KSWB. KSWB with
be Friday at 11 AM and KAST/KKEE with be at 11 AM on Saturday.

the Comfort Inn on September 22-24,2006.
