Re: [IRCA] XEMVS-820



Interesting, I'd noted XEMVS with a good signal here the past few 
evenings when logging the new KUTR.  It wasn't hard to hear KUTR, but 
much of the time XEMVS was the dominant station.   I'd attributed it to 
semi-auroral conditions, but sounds like they've done something on their 
end.
