[IRCA] TP DX in Seattle on March 30

Computer problems kept me from hearing much yesterday, other than a 
brief recording 1320-1323 that had a decent signal from JOUB and 
carriers from many others.  Things seem to be back to normal today, 
fortunately.

This morning's recording revealed reasonably good Asian reception, but 
not the superb conditions reported by Gary and Nick. Basically, it was 
just another above average morning.

The SDR recording ran 1215-1415, and showed little TP activity until the 
sunrise enhancement that ran 1320-1340 UT.
