[IRCA] TP DX in Seattle on March 30

It was a really weird morning here. Most of the usual powerhouses were either weak or absent today. Yet, I had audio from the same two tentative Filipinos that Dennis reported. There were also tantalizing carriers that almost produced audio on 1197, 1458, and 1494. VOA-1575 was the only station producing decent audio, and even it had ups, downs, and electrical noise

GOOD - Mostly understandable by a native speaker at times
1575 VOA, 1330, English ID, Yankee Doodle, then start of Khmer program

FAIR - A few words could be recognized
774 JOUB, woman in English 1331, then man in Japanese. NHK2 has Chinese lessons M-F at this time, but English lesson on Sunday

POOR - unintelligible murmurings
747 JOIB, woman talking 1326
972 Faint talk in 970 splatter 1340
1206 Occasional bits of talk 1331
1215 Weak talk 1330, inflections sounded like Tagalog so probably DYRF
1377 CNR1?, 1333 male & female talk in KRKO splatter
1512 Bits of male talk 1338, different voice 1339, possibly a couple of ads. Good carrier but lots of splatter. Possibly DYAB.
1566 HLAZ, woman talking, unusually weak today 1340
1602 Faint talk 1339, probably NHK2 but no //s were audible

CARRIERS
594 693 1188 1197 1386 1413 1422 1458 1494 1503 1593
