[IRCA] Informal 24 Sept brief TP report - Victoria B.C.

Again - all Asian - mostly Japan with a taste of Taiwan.

Big gun top tier JJ were big as was the Korean twins on 972 and 1566.

Listened from 1310 until 1338 UTC _ had an early appointment at the
University (where I work) earlier than usual.

1335 - Highlight - Taiwan Fishery Station on 1143 with a splash of
traditional Chinese music before diving back into Pops and crystal clear CC
talk

Overall - Great audio on 594, 747, 774, 828, 837 (JJ OM and YL), 891 was a
battleground for supremacy, 972, 1053 (occasional JJ) , 1287, 1566, 1575..

Occasional hints of audio amidst a wash of splash and splatter - 558, 567,
576, 585, 603, -- was not much of an upper band today and utterly no DU's
that I heard in my limited listening session.

That is my brief report - in some ways there was a bit more action on the
low band, a big less action upper band but some stellar signals from the
"Bigs"
