TP conditions today seemed rather typical for April.  HLAZ was the only 
Asian with much of a signal.

THE UGLY

972    Male talk 1235
1206     Yanbian, Woman talking in Korean 1315
1287    Male talk, sounded Japanese 1338
1323    CRI, woman talking 1328, language recognizably Russian
