[IRCA] Yucky TP conditions on Dec 24

TP conditions were downright awful today.  There were carriers on 747 
774 and 1566 at about 1300-1330, and on 1575 at 1600.  1566 definitely 
had audio traces.  The others might have also had small amounts of audio 
but I didn't bother to check.   I'm glad I let the SDR do the recording 
while I slept in.
