[IRCA] Alberta TP/DU for 28 Oct 2013

    Quite a good morning here - but unfortunately only for one station. 
  Korea on 1566 was doing well, from tune-in at 1300, to past 1420. 
Other than that, pretty mediocre, with audio only from the Japanese big 
guns 567/594/693/747/774/828 (with 828 doing the best today), as well as 
Korea on 972.  Even 1575 VOA could only manage a decent carrier this 
morning.
