[IRCA] Alberta TP/DU for 27 Oct 2013

    This morning was very similar to yesterday here in southern 
Alberta.  Once again audio this morning was limited to the big guns from 
Japan and Korea.   774 was easily the best, with a pretty consitent 
signal from 1300 tune-in to past 1400.   Other than that, at 1300 only 
the Koreans on 972 and 1566 were at audio level.  Other Japanese came up 
by 1315 on 594, 747, and 828.   567 and 693 were in the "not quite 
there" category today.
