I scanned a business card for the logo on the KRSN QSL cards (example:
http://mesamike.org/radio/mwdx/KRSN/DXTest-2012/KRSN-DXTest-2012-QSL_card.jpg),
which I laser-printed onto card stock.

If you want a QSL card, it's easy enough these days to design and print one
yourself to send with your report.
