[IRCA] Alberta TP/DU for 26 Oct 2013

    As Richard noted, things were considerably down from yesterday. 
About what I expected, given the sun's recent activity.   Audio this 
morning was limited to the big guns from Japan on 693,747,774,828, and 
Korea on 972 and 1566.   After having a monster signal yesterday, VOA 
1575 didn't even reach audio today.  I may in fact have missed the peak, 
as I didn't listen until about 1320, and from there things went steadily 
down hill.  The sun rises here in a few minutes, just past 1400, and 
all's that left now are a few carriers.
