[IRCA] Alberta TP/DU for 21 Oct 2013

    Glad to see Dennis was still hearing some good DX this morning.   Such
was not the case here, with a huge drop from yesterday.  A simultaneous
antenna failure in 2 locations seemed a bit far fetched, but that's about
what it sounded like.  The only station with consistent audio was VOA
Thailand on 1575.   That one has been defying the trends all year, and it
did so again today.   Here in Lamont they were actualy better than
yesterday, with fair audio past 1415.   Otherwise it was just the odd word
of audio from the big guns.
