[IRCA] Thurs. evening DX, Cape Cod

Though watching Red Sox - Tigers most of the time this evening, I shot 
downstairs for a quick look at DX around 9 p.m. EDT (17 OCT) / 0100 UTC 
(18 OCT).

Latin Americans were pumped up with Venezuela blasting on 750 and many 
Cubans, including Progreso on 880 under WCBS, one not heard that often 
here.  Southerly TA's were also good with 621 Canaries about the 
strongest and also decent signals from Mauritania, Algeria, Spain, etc.
