[IRCA] OT: suggestions on recording devices

Do you have a smartphone or tablet? If so, there are plenty of apps that
make it easy to record and then transfer the file to a computer. One might
be preinstalled on your device.

You don't have to connect your smartphone or tablet to the radio's
headphone or speaker jack. Just put it a few inches from the speaker.
