[IRCA] HLAZ 1566 1700 utc

HLAZ 1566 kHz  in with weak to fair signal from 1657-1702.  Joan Baez singing "Amazing Grace" followed by Chinese talk.  Imagine what the signal would be if the antenna was aimed at Japan rather than China.
