[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 8 Dec 2012

       Looks like the good run of the past couple of days has fizzlied 
out.  Actually when I began at 1430 I thought things were really dead, 
but they did improve considerably after that, just not to the level of 
the past 2 days.  Today's audio:


972 - Quite good, with conversation between man and woman in Korean at 
1452.  An anomaly, as this signal was considerably better than the past 
2 days.

1287 - Once again, traces of audio at 1453, likely JOHR Japan

1557  - Way down on the past 2 days, with just traces of audio after 1500.

1566  HLAZ, S KOREA no audio at all until 1458, but reached good level 
for a few minutes shortly after 1500.

1575 VOA THAILAND  Like 1566, no audio until late, about 1455, but 
reached fair level for about 10 minutes after 1500.  Noted a second 
carrier today, about 40 Hz lower, which at times was nearly as strong as 
VOA, but never any detecable audio.

1593 China was alone here today, with fair signal from 1440-1505.

   Again, a lot of carriers on the higher frequencies, though most 
didn't have any strength until later today, after 1445 or so.  The 
strongest were 1314, 1422, and 1476
