Listened from 1452-1623 with HLAZ 1566 kHz still in with a weak signal with man in Chinese. Many Hets this morning listed below along with last year to date results on bottom of page. Much better results this December than the December of 2011.  I think the W-SW ewe and NW ewe have made the receptions better over the long wire setup I used last season.  Signals this morning seemed to favor the NW ewe of the W-SW ewe. 1627 & HLAZ still being heard. 

153    RUSSIA, Komosomolsk, Radio Rossii 1452 fair signal with woman in Russian followed by music. HPAW. 12/08/2012


189    RUSSIA, Petropavlovsk, Radio Rossii 1455  good signal with music. Radio Rossii ID. HPAW. 12/08//2012


594    JAPAN, Tokyo, JOAK NHK1 1512 poor signal with bits of Japanese language coming in. NW ewe. 12/08/2012


279    RUSSIA, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Radio Rossii 1339 good signal with  music. HPAW 12/08/2012


603    REPUBLIC OF KOREA, Seoul, HLSA 1424-1431 assuming the station with woman talking and very weak signal. NW-ewe.12/08/2012


774    JAPAN, Akita, JOUB NHK2 1350 weak signal with man in Japanese. Fair signal at 1508.  W-SW ewe. 12/08/2012


972    REPUBLIC OF KOREA, Dangjin, HLCA   HLCA KBS Hanminjok Bangsong (One People BC) 1523-1526 weak signal at best with man in Korean. NW ewe. 12/08/2012

1044   CHINA, Changzhou, CRI 1529-1531 weak signal with woman/man in Japanese. NW ewe. 12/08/2012


1287   JAPAN, Sapporo, JOHR HBC 1542 very weak signal with moderate splatter with man in Japanese. NW  ewe. 12/08/2012


1098   UNKNOWN, 1533 just above threshold signal (very poor signal) with woman in Asian language? NW ewe. 12/08/2012

1206   CHINA, Yanji, 1537-1538 very weak signal with Korean (PALs). NW ewe. 12/08/2012


1314   UNKNOWN, 1544 poor signal with woman in unknown language. NW ewe. 12/08/2012

1323   CHINA, Huadian, 1546-1555 in and out weak signal. Could not make out language. Woman singing. NW-ewe. 12/08/2012.

1503   JAPAN, Akita, JOUK NHK1 1516-1517 poor signal with woman in Japanese. NW ewe. 12/08/2012


1566   REPUBLIC OF KOREA, Cheju, HLAZ FEBC 1500 poor signal  with man in Chinese. Fair at 1501. .Fair signal at 1600 utc. W-SW ewe. 12/08/2012


1575   THAILAND, Ban Phachi, VOA 1601 weak signal with man in Asian language. NW ewe. 12/08/2012
