[IRCA] Construction Permit issue from 1100 kHz AM Lebanon, OR

>From the Portland PDX radio forum, a construction permit has be issued from a AM station on 1100 kHz in Lebanon, OR. Directional day and night with power of 3.9 kw days and 1.5 kw nights. Daytime pattern is NW and night time is SW.  Jessica Lund will be the owner.
