[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 9-14

Hello All,

As reported by other west coast DXers, the band seemed to be in a transition from the dreary TP conditions of yesterday to something more promising. The Japanese "big guns" had some good audio at times, along with 972-HLCA and 1566-HLAZ. One bright spot was the first appearance of decent audio from the 639-CNR1 Chinese synchros, which usually are stong here in September (along with other Chinese stations like 936-Anhui, which has yet to manage good audio in this active solar year).

594-JOAK Tokyo, Japan Good strength with Japanese male-female interview at 1333
603-HLSA Namyang, S. Korea Fair music at 1307
639-CNR1 Chinese Synchros Fair-good with YL in Chinese at 1330

648-VOR Razdolnoye, Russia Poor-fair music through Vancouver splatter at 1327
657-Pyongyang N. Korea Obsolete music thankfully weak at 1335
747-JOIB Sapporo, Japan Good Japanese male speech at 1306
774-JOUB Akita, Japan Good strength but heavy 770-Seattle splatter at 1318
828-JOBB Osaka, Japan Poor-Fair with apparent weather report at 1305
936-Anhui, China Poor strength Chinese around 1315
972-HLCA Dangjin, S. Korea Male-female Korean conversation strong at 1322
1053-Korean Jammer Vibrant audio throughout sunrise enhancement
1134-KBS Hwaseong, S. Korea (presumed) Poor-fair music through splatter at 1329
1566-HLAZ Jeju, S. Korea Strong Japanese language Christian program at 1316
1575-VOA Ban Rassom, Thailand Poor-fair Asiatic language speech at 1301
