[IRCA] Early TPs

At 01:30 PDT in Victoria BC, My receiver's internal licorice stick is detecting het tones on 3 freqs: 747, 828, and 1008. Is this a prediction  of possible audio on those slots before or during LSR ? What are the conditions like these days?Bill in BC
