[IRCA] TP's for Tuesday 10/18/11

Only powerhouse stations heard his morning.  NHK must have changed their
sign off time 1440?  I listened to 1450 and they were still broadcasting Japanese.
Had the recorder all set to record the music  box sign off.

153       RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1337-1339 good signal with woman singing opera 
             then woman in Russian.
189       RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1340 fair with man in Russian.
279       RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1341 good signal along with strange tone interfering 
             with signal.  Good signal at 1402 with interference gone.
594       JAPAN, JOAK NHK1 1358-1402 fair signal at times with a lot of splatter.
639       CHINA CRN1? 1412-1416 weak with bits of audio at times. 
693       JAPAN, JOAB NHK2 1425-1429 weak signal with splatter and woman/man
             in Japanese.
747       JAPAN, JOIB NHK2 1328-1333 fair at times, but buried in KXL splatter.
774       JAPAN, JOUB NHK2 1342 fair signal with a lot of domestic splatter.  Good
             signal at 1358 with woman singing.
828       JAPAN, JOBB NHK2 1342 weak signal with splatter. Fair at 1353 with
            man in Japanese.
1566     REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1344 weak with music.
