Slightly better today; lots of hets on the low end. DU audio at very poor 
level on 891 and 1116. 1206 with very poor audio, talk, couldn't tell 
language but freq was 40 Hz low on the carrier so probably Asian. All in the 
1410-1430 utc time.
LWBC Rossii fair, 153 and 180 weak; 189, 234, 279 very poor to poor around 
1255 utc.
