[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 10-13

Hello All,

Medium wave Asiatic signals never seemed to get out of the gate here
this morning, with the exception of a few unusual performers with
occasional fair audio (603-HLSA and 936-Anhui, around 1345). The
Japanese big guns especially were down in strength, and neither of the
two upper band regulars (1566-HLAZ and 1575-VOA) could produce much
audio.

Longwave results were a little better, with 189-Rossii and 279-Rossii
fair to good at times with music around 1315, and 164-Mongolia with
steady weak audio (female voice speech, apparently news) just after
1300, // 4895 kHz. This station seems to have different propagation
than the 209-Mongolia outlet, which was heard at a poor-fair level here
in September but has been long gone since.
