[IRCA] TP's for Tuesday 09/2711

Poor conditions here in Kalama, WA this morning.  No long-waves heard.  Powerhouse Japan
stations were weak at best.   No DU's heard.  

594        JAPAN, JOAK NHK1 1353 weak with Japanese and a few bars of piano heard.
657        DPR OF KOREA, 1355 weak with man singing and // 3250.
693        JAPAN, JOAB 1356 weak with man singing.  
774        JAPAN, JOUB 1346 weak with woman in Japanese.  
828        JAPAN, JOBB 1352 very weak with a few words getting through.
