[IRCA] NE Oregon TPs, Tuesday

Back more to normal this morning, only a couple DU's heard and only 891 with 
decent audio. All DU: 702 very poor 1333 utc; 855 very poor; 891 poor/weak 
1334, soon fading away completely. Coming back at very poor/poor at 1347 
lasting to 1403 then gone and stayed away (4TAB with racing results).
LWBC nothing at first then 279 appeared at poor level 1255 utc, gone, then 
back again 1318 very poor.
(But got a new Pacific beacon from Wallis this morning, so happy for that!)
