[IRCA] TP for 28 Oct from Victoria, BC

Didn't get time to listen at 1430UT, but conditions earlier were like yesterday, better at 1300 through 1330UT, which isn't saying too much. Various things would fade up the longer one listened, but mostly weak, and fairly predictable.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):

none...well maybe 972 was pretty close at times

reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

594 JOAK at 1325
774 JOUB
972 HLCA

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be
understood by a native speaker

189 R. Rossii
747 JOIB
828 JOBB
1566 HLAZ

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

153 R. Rossii
279 R. Rossii
558 at 1332, but no //available on 603...mx
567 presumed JOIK couldn't get//594 at the time
639 a bit of a surprise, CNR1 //4460 at 1323UT
1134 JJ talk??
1287 JJ inflected talk: JOHR
1503 likely JOUK, but no // available at this time
1575 VoA likely

Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

621, 1053, 1188, 1476

best wishes,

Nick
