[IRCA] NE Oregon TPs, Monday

All Asian TP except for some DU noted on 891. Hets over whole band, audio on 
the lower. Since I don't get TP all that well, I think I'm doing pretty good 
so far this season. Asian audio in order of heard: 594 medium, best of the 
morning, 1320 utc; 603 poor; 693 poor; 711 weak, female vocal music; 774 
poor/weak; 891 weak Asian, poor/weak DU 1325; 1089 poor; 1134 poor; 666 very 
poor/poor; 828 poor/weak; 1206 poor in heavy splatter 1332.
LWBC very good early on with 164 Mongolia and 209 Mongolia 1137 utc. Radio 
Rossii also doing well 153, 171, 180, 189, 234, 279 same time. Mongolia 
faded soon after.
