[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 6 Jan 2010

  Rather unusually, my observations this morning closely matched 
Nick's.   Certainly the best morning of 2010, and better than most of 
December.  My listening was from 1445 to 1535.  This morning's audio:

567 JOIK often better than 594 today
594 JOAK just into audio
603 unID, just traces of audio at 1521 through KOJM IBOC.
639 CNR1, China
666 JOBK
693 JOAB
747 JOIB
774 JOUB best Japanese signal for a month
1134 faint traces of audio
1476 sounded Chinese, with audio in & out from 1513 to 1531
1521 CRI Russian, Urumqi
1548 Only very faint traces of audio. but numerous carriers, with one at 
1547.90 and at least 6 from 1547.98 to 1548.14
1557 Family Radio, Taiwan - best reception of the season, including IS 
and ID noted at 1530
1575 two stations audible at 1510, likely VOA Thailand and Farda from UAE
1584 no audio, but at least 7 carriers, including a quite strong one off 
channel at 1584.07
1593 Chinese at 1513
