[IRCA] TA QSLs and Tonight's TAs

QSLs received in today's mail from China Radio International via Monaco 
(France) 702 and Finland 963.  Finland is MW Country #51 verified.  France 
was previously verified with TWR 1467 several years ago.  As happened at my 
previous address, I will now receive the China Messenger for the rest of my 
life.

I was terribly sick all day with general nausea and aches (though I've had 
every shot that's out there), but a dose of meds this evening brought me 
back to life.  So I tried the dials around 11 PM EST.  In addition to the 
usual big signals, I also noted:

1206    France with music (usually killed by IBOC)
1125    UNID talk - gone when I went back to it
972.08    Libya presumed with big het, checked back a few minutes later and 
NDR was there on 972
936    het
873    UNID    talk
711    UNID    talk
702    UNID    talk    Faded before I could work with it.  RMC is off at 
this time.
945    France
1116    UNID    talk - couldn't quite match this with SER's audio stream, as 
it faded in and out.
