[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 14 Dec 2009

As Nick observed, a bit of an odd mix this morning.  I was hearing some 
of the "regular" powerhouse TPs, but at the same time, I was also 
getting some transpolar catches.  Normally it seems to be one or the 
other.   Listened between 1415 and 1515 and not the following audio here 
this morning:

594  Japan poor
738 unID, just a few words audible at 1458
774 Japan 1456 pr-fr
828 Japan  fr-gd
972 - Korea 1455 fr-good, but mixing with another station at times.
981 China, very faint audio
1026 - Russia fairr, good on peaks
1107 - music of almost mideast sound at 1413   Most probably Urumqi
1134 China CNR1, fair
1170 KJNP, no Korean interference today (temp was 6 below, considerably 
warmer than here!)
1422 China CRI Kashi in Urdu, poor-fr,  CRI theme at 1500.  Only 2nd 
time heard.
1521 China CRI Urumqi in Russian (also noted this evening at 0000, when 
not much else was happening other than 1575 Farda)
1539 UAE  VOA Urdu
1548 Kuwait, Radio Sawa,  poor
1566 big carrier, virtually zero audio, so presumably Korea.
1575 UAE Farda fair-good
1593 unID, too weak to determine language at 1517

The other station on 972 was intriguing, so will have to watch for that..
