Hi Steve:

Thanks for the link!  I gotta say, for a lot more than the Quantum Loop
goes for, it seems that you get less: modest ferrite length, no azimuth
tilt, no Q control, and no external antenna connection.  I'm sure it's
built like a tank, though.
