[IRCA] TA for 23 Feb from Victoria, BC
Got some pop mx fighting through the splatter on 1215 which seems to match Absolute Radio's webstream at 0445UT.
There's a lot of wispy carriers around, but the beefiest seem to be 1377, 1053, 1107, 945, 873, and 864, and even 711 for a moment.
