No luck with that - the station was only audible for half a minute or
so, so the only clue is the "Northwest Ohio" reference. In my
experience, the stations that broadcast non-stop weather in ex-band
seldom give IDs. I still wonder, though, whether the Ohio DOT HAR
stations insert NOAA weather at times. Maybe I can find out if I can
find a suitable contact there. In the meantime, I'll keep watching
for this one...
