[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 5 Nov 2008

In spite of all the indicators looking good, conditions were definitely
down this morning, with much less audio than yesterday.   The big Japanese
were in OK, but of the second tier only 1179 did well.  From China only
1206 and 1089 reached audio, neither that strong. One mystery was a
station on 1125 which popped up for a couple of minutes, and sounded
neither Japanese or Chinese.  Conditions were somewhat unusual in that the
the low band (which has dominated this season) faded out early, and the
extreme upper band above 1500 was full of strong carriers much later.
