[IRCA] TPs for 31 Oct08: Unexpected!

I was expecting very little this morning, but wow, things are not bad at all, at least in the lower half of the band.  I'm just listening to 1017 which I'm thinking is the Filipino at 8 to 9 levels (14:30), but as usual just
started to fade.  Definitely Tagalog talk at 14:31.  Bottom half of the band at least full of interesting stuff.  Man, Grayland would have been fun this morning.....and as usual, the Bryant/Atkins team have chosen
perhaps a great weekend, and avoided the last couple of poorer mornings!.......Walt.
