Try this:

http://wireless2.fcc.gov/UlsApp/UlsSearch/searchAdvanced.jsp

under the Service Group, Select All in the pull down menu.
Select a State from that pull down menu
And then in the frequency, for example, 1610 type 1.6100000
then select 100 results per page
Hit Search
