It sounds like W2BB569, but a "2" in there does not match up with a
regular TIS call. So, maybe we are hearing some other letter in
there???? This must be fairly new. My guess in Central WA where a lot of
WSDOT TIS re on 1610. But I cannot find a thing and there is no location
in their message.
