[IRCA] Puyallup, WA TP's for 10-16

Hello Guys,
 
     Mediocrity was firmly in control here this  morning, similar to 
yesterday.  594, 747, 774, 828 and 972 had audio, but  little else.  891 briefly had 
some weak audio at 1413 with apparent CC or  KK, but not strong enough for 
positive language ID.  KBOI-670 IBOC wiping  out 657 and 684, with 666 and 675 
affected to a lesser extent.  Hope these  "low average" conditions won't continue 
much longer--  it seems a little  early for the DX season to taper off.
