[IRCA] Vancouver Island TP's for 9-7-08

Listened from 12:55 TO 13:15 UTC.

The regular JJ powerhouses were in on 747, 774 and 828khz
at "8" levels on the R8 - Wellbrook pairing.
Same with the Eton E1 barefoot.

Good carriers and occasional audio on:
567, 594, 612, 702, 738, 963 and 972...

definitely tapering off UPPER-Band.

This mornings reception was a complete shadow of
yesterday mornings fireworks.
