Totally agree with Bill.
I look out my 7th floor window at CFAX - 1070 khz towers
and their ERP in my direction is just under 250kw -
from about 5 - 6 km in distance...
perfect for testing the front end of all my test/loaner/personal
radios during consumer reviews.
Most of my receivers tolerate this well - some do not.
It is a good test environment, but I think a megawatt
version of this particular station would have to be
located significantly somewhere else.
