[IRCA] Station Returns to the air

A phone call just received from Art Bell, who is currently residing in
Fruitland, Idaho, that 890 KDJQ in Meridian ID is once again back on the
air playing Oldies.

They seem to have a thing about going from Spanish language to Oldies
and back again.

Anyway, good to hear from Art again.  He didn't talk long but seems to
be fine in Idaho.
