I think one reason why the Orioles went off WBAL was because WBAL is
becoming something of a "talk dinosaur" in Baltimore.  WHFS is passing it
by.  WBAL has certainly "aged" over the past 10-15 years and its ratings
have gone down.  It was ratings more than IBOC that prompted the move away
from WBAL.
