[IRCA] TPs for 15 Feb
Various checks between 1410 and 1520UT revealed some TP
action. Pretty much every 9 kHz channel had a carrier on it, at one
time or another, which is a good start. Actual audio was not so
earth shattering.
Asian unless indicated otherwise:
Darn good audio, if briefly: none
Reasonable audio (though often battling w/splash): 774
Not so reasonable audio, occasional words in splash or noise: 279,
567, 594, 747, 828, 1566
Burbles in the splatter: 558, 873
strong carrier, no audio: 855 w/strong hum, 972
