[IRCA] Sad News Regarding an IRCA Member

I just wanted to pass along the sad news that IRCA member and follow DXer Gary Larson of Burbank California recently passed away.  I did not know Gary personally, but I'd like express my deepest sympathies to Gary's family and friends.
