[IRCA] WNCT-1070 not IBOC for past three days.

Local WNCT-1070 has not been running IBOC for the past three consecutive days.

I wonder why. Equipment failure.?

I have noticed that the tighter the bandwidth of a receiver, the more the 
"hiss"
of the IBOC "on-channel" modulation distribution.

E.g., Using my R-390A's 16-kHz bandwidth, the hiss is not audible. With 8-kHz
bandwidth, it is noticeable; with 4-kHz, even more so.

This an irrational way to start out with IBOC!
