Gary,

I am surprised KVRI is heard on a car radio or portable at Castle Rock
during the day. Even though they are 50 KW, but are directional towards
Vancouver. I hear them during the day, but with the EWE. They get out
much better than 1550. KVRI must have a great TX site.
