A similar situation exists on the WY/ID border near Jackson, WY where HAR
stations exist on either side of a mountain pass, operated by WYDOT if I
recall correctly.  The one on the ID side was just running a one-sentence
message with a bunch of dead air last time we went through that area.   73,
